Refund Policy
The Kamiyab plan costs ₹99 a month and renews until you cancel. Please read this before you pay.
No refunds from Kamiyab
Kamiyab does not give refunds on the ₹99 plan, including for part of a month or a month you did not use. You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the month you already paid for keeps working until it ends.
If you were charged by mistake
If a fault on our side charged you twice, or charged you after you cancelled, email us within 7 days with the order ID from your Account page and we will correct it. The amount goes back to the payment method you used.
How to cancel
If you bought the plan on the website, cancel it from your Account page. If you bought it in the app, cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Kamiyab account does not cancel a Google Play plan, so cancel it in Google Play first.
If you paid on the website (Razorpay)
Website payments are processed by Razorpay. When a refund is issued, Razorpay sends the money back to the card or UPI account you paid from, normally within 5–7 working days. If you did not make a payment yourself, you can raise it with your bank, which handles it as a dispute. Read Razorpay's refund details.
If you paid in the app (Google Play)
App payments are processed by Google Play, and Google's own refund rules apply. Google says it does not give refunds for most purchases. Within 48 hours of buying, you can ask Google for a refund, and Google decides based on the purchase. After 48 hours, Google asks you to contact the developer, and Kamiyab's no-refund rule above applies. If Google gives a refund, you lose access to the plan. Google says refunds usually appear in 1–3 business days on Google Pay or UPI, and in 3–5 business days on cards, sometimes up to 10. Read Google's refund rules.
Google and Razorpay can change their own rules. Their pages are the final word on how they handle payments.
If someone charged you for “premium” access
Kamiyab sells one thing only: the Kamiyab plan. We never sell courses, coaching or “premium” mock tests through agents or phone calls. If anyone collected money from you claiming to sell Kamiyab access, that transaction was not with us — please report it to the email below so we can act on the impersonation.
