Archived July 2026 update: The Railway Recruitment Boards released the RRB ALP CBT 2 city slip for the exam scheduled on 28 July 2026. This update was crucial for candidates who were set to appear for that examination.
That exam date has now passed. Candidates are advised to check the official website of their regional RRB for the current stage of the RRB ALP recruitment.
It is essential for aspirants to confirm all details on the official Railway Recruitment Boards website before taking any further steps. This ensures that they have the most accurate and up-to-date information about the RRB ALP exam.
The city slip and the admit card are two different documents, and confusing them costs candidates every cycle. The city intimation only names your exam city so you can arrange travel and accommodation; it does not admit you to the hall. The e-call letter carrying your reporting time and the precise centre address is released separately and closer to the exam. Book travel on the city slip if you must, but do not treat it as your hall ticket.
Confirm the exact notification, dates and eligibility on the official website of your regional RRB (e.g. RRB Chandigarh: https://www.rrbcdg.gov.in) before you act — never on a coaching page first. Then keep your preparation moving: take a timed RRB ALP mock test built from real previous-year questions, and review the RRB ALP syllabus.
Always confirm dates and eligibility on the official site before you act.
